Body Combat
A combination of moves and stances from a range of self-defence disciplines like karate, boxing and taekwondo. Up beat music and choreographed moves makes this an hour-long energetic routine raising fitness levels throughout the whole body, while reducing fat and cholesterol.

Box Fit
Boxfit is a high-intensity cardio workout based on boxing techniques using gloves and pad work. This class is designed to improve agility, strength and overall fitness. The workout is designed to be challenging, so this will require a base level of fitness. You can attend alone but you will be partnered with someone. This will include running and body weighted exercises.

Quieter Hours
Every visitor to our centre is important to us and we want to help make your visit as easy as possible. At our centre, we're introducing Quieter Hours to support our visitors with sensory needs.
Our Quieter Hours are operating every Monday 3pm - 4pm.
While we aim to keep the centre as peaceful as possible throughout our Quieter Hours, our centre may be busier at these times during the school holidays.
