Zumba Step
Zumba Step is a high-energy dance fitness class that combines traditional Latin-inspired Zumba moves with the strengthening,, toning, and cardiovascular benefits of step aerobics. It uses a step apparatus to focus on lower-body, core, and glute, sculpting while delivering a high-intensity, yet easy-to-follow, fun, and effective workout, often set to international and salsa music.
