1.Get Going Session 1: ‘Getting You Going’ - Your First Steps This initial session is all about making you feel welcome and comfortable as you start your journey with us, where we'll cover everything from the layout of the centre to important safety information and how to use our app. We'll also chat about your goals and introduce you to options like our Fitter Faster program to get you started on the right foot, and we'll schedule a follow-up to see how you're doing.

Body Pump- Amanda covering Body pump is a highly motivating barbell class, the ideal workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, body pump gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 400 calories. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically-backed moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music, helping you achieve much more than on your own. You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.

Med Yoga Med yoga is a slow, Yin yoga which works on the knowledge that you can't make muscles stretch- you have to provide the relaxation which ALLOWS them to stretch. Consequently stretch yoga focuses on relaxing the mind to relax the body, before moving into comfortable poses and sinking into them over 1,2 or 3 minutes .... the improvements in mind and body, performance and range of motion are quickly evident.... come try!
