The moves target your legs, upper body, and core, building strength and flexibility. They also improve your balance, coordination, agility and is a great way to improve your cardiovascular endurance.

FIT4Life FIT4LIFE is a 30/45-minute small group training circuits-based class either held on the gym floor or in the studio. FIT4LIFE is an inclusive multi-station low impact all-over body workout predominately using body weight, resistance bands and light weights. All exercises given can be adapted to the users ability.
