1.Get Going Session 1: ‘Getting You Going’ - Your First Steps This initial session is all about making you feel welcome and comfortable as you start your journey with us, where we'll cover everything from the layout of the centre to important safety information and how to use our app. We'll also chat about your goals and introduce you to options like our Fitter Faster program to get you started on the right foot, and we'll schedule a follow-up to see how you're doing.

20, 20, 20 - Shelley's 20/20/20 Class is structured into 3×20-minute Sections, each designed to target different aspects of fitness, including cardiovascular endurance, strength training, mobility, flexibility and core. Tailored to meet varying fitness levels, this fun filled fitness class gives you a comprehensive workout in a time efficient manner, definitely one to try.

Yogalates "Yogalates is a mixture of Pilates and yoga. You will get a workout that increases core strength and improves posture, whilst increasing flexibility and reducing stiffness. The Pilates exercises are aimed at strengthening the core abdominal muscles, which support the spine and assist in good posture. The aim is to perform exercises that tone the whole body so that alignment and body awareness is improved. Traditional yoga poses are also taught in order to increase joint mobility and improve muscle flexibility to increase suppleness and reduce tension. "

Quieter Hours

Every visitor to our centre is important to us and we want to help make your visit as easy as possible. At our centre, we're introducing Quieter Hours to support our visitors with sensory needs.

Our Quieter Hours are operating every Monday, Wednesday and Friday 2.30pm until 3.30pm

While we aim to keep the centre as peaceful as possible throughout our Quieter Hours, our centre may be busier at these times during the school holidays.
