Virtual Body Balance Les Mills Body Balance is a 45–55 minute, low-impact, yoga-based group fitness class set to music, incorporating Tai Chi and Pilates to improve flexibility, core strength, and mental calm. Designed for all fitness levels, it focuses on controlled breathing and is ideal for reducing stress and improving posture
