Our calming classes are the best way to make sure you get that time for you that you deserve. With focus on your breathing, relaxation and core strength, they’re the perfect way to maintain a strong mind and body.
Aqua Classes
Join us for one of our fantastic fitness classes in the pool, with all the benefits of a standard workout, in the water. Water-based classes are a low-impact way to exercise, making it a safe and enjoyable workout for all levels of fitness.

Bump Boost
Calling all expecting mothers—join us for Bump Boost, a gentle exercise class in the water.
These sessions run:
Every Tuesday 6:30pm - 7:30pm.
Bump Boost is the perfect way to stay active, healthy, and feel empowered during your pregnancy! Our tailored classes are designed to support your body and mind throughout your pregnancy journey.
Expect a mix of low-impact exercises in the water, gentle stretches, and relaxation techniques, all led by experienced instructors who understand the unique needs of mums-to-be.
