Free Gym Taster
Our friendly gym and fitness team will be on hand to help, show you around and provide free, on-the-spot inductions where you get chance to get on some of the equipment and make yourself familiar with the centre.

Squash Courts
Practice your drop shot on our Squash Court at our Big Open Weekend.
Weather your a seasoned Squash Player or, a novice looking to take their first shot why not come down and join us for game or two.

Free Taster Swimming Lessons

Whether you're looking to sharpen your swim strokes or build confidence in the water, this special session is perfect for swimmers of all abilities. Led by expert instructors, it’s a great chance to dive in, learn new techniques, and enjoy the pool - exclusively free for the day!

Free Family Fun Swim
