Soft Play Rules

Adults:

  • Accept full responsibility to always supervise their children and make sure they are using the equipment safely.
  • A single adult may supervise a maximum of 6 children.
  • Must remain on the premises at all times.
  • Ensure their children are following the soft play rules at all times.
  • Adults should not use the play area. Please only enter to assist your child when needing help.
  • If children are unwell or injured they should not go in the soft play area.

General:

  • No shoes to be worn on the soft play and socks must be kept on.
  • No food or drink that hasn't been purchased from the centre should be consumed in the cafĂ© area.
  • No food or drink is allowed in the soft play areas.
  • No climbing up the netting or slides.
  • Bullying/fighting will not be tolerated.
  • No sharp objects or valuables must be taken into the playframe.
  • It's a good idea to take young children to the toilet before entering the play area.
  • Appropriate clothing should be worn, we advise that arms and legs are covered.
  • Nappies must only be changed in designated baby change areas.
  • We don't permit photography without relevant permission.
  • Please report accidents or incidents immediately so that we can take swift action.
