Fitness activities
Free Gym Sessions
Saturday and Sunday.
Our friendly gym and fitness team will be on hand to help, show you around and provide free, on-the-spot inductions where you get chance to get on some of the equipment and make yourself familiar with the centre.
No need to book, just turn up on the day and talk to our reception team to get your tour!

Cycling
Do you have a little one learning to ride, or climbing onto their first balance bike who neds a little help? Or, are you an experienced rider looking to hone your skills or join a group of likeminded individuals?
Join us for multiple drop-in sessions suitable for all ages and abilities on Saturday 11th October.

Join us for drop-in Table Tennis sessions suitable for all ages and abilities. Whether your a newbie wanting to try the sport for the first time, or wanting to develop your skills with some of our regular table tennis players this session is for you!
