Due to Storm Goretti we are closing the centre early at 8pm this evening to make sure both our members and our staff are safe in these chilly conditions.
Our children's courses are the perfect way for children of all ages and abilities to develop their abilities in different sports, as well as support their self-confidence, team working skills, make friends and more, under the guidance of our fully-qualified coaches.
Trampolining
Trampolining is a great way to stay active while having fun, under the guidance of our fully-trained instructors. Our classes are suitable for children 1 years and over, and combine the progressive development of core skills, such as balance, strength, flexibility and co-ordination, along with important life skills such as team work.
