Forever Fit Monday’s sessions will be a 1-hour class consisting of 20 minutes of low impact aerobics, 20 minutes of light weights with the remaining time being used for flexibility work. There is no lying down in this class and Badminton will be held in the hall for the whole class. Please note that Thursday’s class will be badminton only.

Monday 5:15 PM - 6:00 PM
RPM A group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It’s fun, low impact and you can burn up to 500 calories a session. With great music pumping and the group cycling as one, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. In an RPM workout you repeatedly rotate the pedals to reach your cardio peak then ease back down, keeping pace with the pack to lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness.

Body Pump Heavy BODYPUMP HEAVY is a Les Mills group fitness class evolving the popular BODYPUMP program, focusing on slower tempo, heavier lifting, and longer recovery periods to build lean muscle and true strength, unlike traditional BODYPUMP's strength endurance with faster reps, making it more accessible for pure strength development using traditional techniques, iconic music, and group energy.

Circuits Challenge yourself with this action-packed strength and cardio workout that will keep you on your toes. Led by a qualified instructor, participants perform a series of exercises using free weights, skipping ropes and body weight to improve both lower and upper body strength, agility, abdominal strength and flexibility.

Quieter Hours

Every visitor to our centre is important to us and we want to help make your visit as easy as possible. At our centre, we're introducing Quieter Hours to support our visitors with sensory needs.

Our Quieter Hours are operating every Monday 3pm - 4pm and Wednesday 3pm - 4pm.

While we aim to keep the centre as peaceful as possible throughout our Quieter Hours, our centre may be busier at these times during the school holidays.
