Zumba Gold
Zumba Gold is a lower-intensity, modified version of Zumba designed for active older adults, beginners, or anyone needing a gentler workout, focusing on easy-to-follow moves that improve balance, coordination, range of motion, and cardiovascular health without high-impact jumps or twists. It uses Latin and international rhythms to provide a fun, social, and empowering fitness experience that's easier on the joints while still delivering health benefits like increased strength, flexibility, and mood. We can accommodate seated exercises.

RPM
A group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It’s fun, low impact and you can burn up to 500 calories a session. With great music pumping and the group cycling as one, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. In an RPM workout you repeatedly rotate the pedals to reach your cardio peak then ease back down, keeping pace with the pack to lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness.

Body Pump
Body pump is a highly motivating barbell class, the ideal workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, body pump gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 400 calories. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically-backed moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music, helping you achieve much more than on your own. You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.

Circuits
Challenge yourself with this action-packed strength and cardio workout that will keep you on your toes. Led by a qualified instructor, participants perform a series of exercises using free weights, skipping ropes and body weight to improve both lower and upper body strength, agility, abdominal strength and flexibility.

Quieter Hours
Every visitor to our centre is important to us and we want to help make your visit as easy as possible. At our centre, we're introducing Quieter Hours to support our visitors with sensory needs.
Our Quieter Hours are operating every Monday 3pm - 4pm and Wednesday 3pm - 4pm.
While we aim to keep the centre as peaceful as possible throughout our Quieter Hours, our centre may be busier at these times during the school holidays.
