Box Fit
Boxfit is a high-intensity cardio workout based on boxing techniques using gloves and pad work. This class is designed to improve agility, strength and overall fitness. The workout is designed to be challenging, so this will require a base level of fitness. You can attend alone but you will be partnered with someone. This will include running and body weighted exercises.

Med Yoga
Med yoga is a slow, Yin yoga which works on the knowledge that you can't make muscles stretch- you have to provide the relaxation which ALLOWS them to stretch. Consequently stretch yoga focuses on relaxing the mind to relax the body, before moving into comfortable poses and sinking into them over 1,2 or 3 minutes .... the improvements in mind and body, performance and range of motion are quickly evident.... come try!

RPM
A group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It’s fun, low impact and you can burn up to 500 calories a session. With great music pumping and the group cycling as one, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. In an RPM workout you repeatedly rotate the pedals to reach your cardio peak then ease back down, keeping pace with the pack to lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness.

Float Fit
Float Fit is a dynamic, water-based workout designed to enhance flexibility, build static strength, and improve overall body awareness. Performed on a floating board, this class challenges your balance and stability, helping to strengthen your core, lower back, and supporting muscles.
Drawing inspiration from styles such as Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga, each session combines controlled movements, mindful breathing, and gentle stretches to increase mobility and improve posture. The natural instability of the board intensifies every pose, making even simple movements more effective and engaging.
Suitable swimwear is required, and you’re welcome to wear a T-shirt, shorts, or leggings over your swimwear for added comfort.

Quieter Hours
Every visitor to our centre is important to us and we want to help make your visit as easy as possible. At our centre, we're introducing Quieter Hours to support our visitors with sensory needs.
Our Quieter Hours are operating every Monday 3pm - 4pm and Wednesday 3pm - 4pm.
While we aim to keep the centre as peaceful as possible throughout our Quieter Hours, our centre may be busier at these times during the school holidays.
