Med Yoga
Med yoga is a slow, Yin yoga which works on the knowledge that you can't make muscles stretch- you have to provide the relaxation which ALLOWS them to stretch. Consequently stretch yoga focuses on relaxing the mind to relax the body, before moving into comfortable poses and sinking into them over 1,2 or 3 minutes .... the improvements in mind and body, performance and range of motion are quickly evident.... come try!
