Body Combat A combination of moves and stances from a range of self-defence disciplines like karate, boxing and taekwondo. Up beat music and choreographed moves makes this an hour-long energetic routine raising fitness levels throughout the whole body, while reducing fat and cholesterol.

Box Fit Fit to Box is an excellent way get a great cardio workout. Boxing is considered by many to be one of the best exercises because of its ability to help condition the entire body in one workout. Fit to Box improves the cardiovascular and endurance fitness of its participants by providing a high-intensity, calorie-burning routine that promotes optimal physical fitness.
