Stretch and Tone
This class helps train the body’s fascia (the connective tissue that surrounds and supports muscles, bones, and organs) to improve mobility, strength, and overall movement quality. This class combines dynamic stretching, elastic resistance exercises, gentle rebounding (like light jumping or bouncing), myofascial release, and flowing movements such as lunges with spinal twists. It also includes relaxing somatic exercises designed to increase awareness and coordination. These exercises help hydrate and loosen the fascia, reduce stiffness, improve posture, and prevent injuries by keeping the connective tissue supple and resilient. Fascial fitness is suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels, from athletes looking to enhance performance and recovery to those seeking better flexibility, balance, and pain-free movement in daily life.

Zumba
Forget the workout- join the party!
Zumba is an aerobic exercise inspired by Latin Dance. Zumba fuses together hypnotic rhythms and easy-to-follow moves. The routines featuer intervan training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavour and international zest into the mix and you have got a Zumba class!

Med Yoga
Med yoga is a slow, Yin yoga which works on the knowledge that you can't make muscles stretch- you have to provide the relaxation which ALLOWS them to stretch. Consequently stretch yoga focuses on relaxing the mind to relax the body, before moving into comfortable poses and sinking into them over 1,2 or 3 minutes .... the improvements in mind and body, performance and range of motion are quickly evident.... come try!

Circuits
Challenge yourself with this action-packed strength and cardio workout that will keep you on your toes. Led by a qualified instructor, participants perform a series of exercises using free weights, skipping ropes and body weight to improve both lower and upper body strength, agility, abdominal strength and flexibility.

Quieter Hours
Every visitor to our centre is important to us and we want to help make your visit as easy as possible. At our centre, we're introducing Quieter Hours to support our visitors with sensory needs.
Our Quieter Hours are operating every Monday 3pm - 4pm and Wednesday 3pm - 4pm.
While we aim to keep the centre as peaceful as possible throughout our Quieter Hours, our centre may be busier at these times during the school holidays.
