Forever Fit
Monday’s sessions will be a 1-hour class consisting of 20 minutes of low impact aerobics, 20 minutes of light weights with the remaining time being used for flexibility work. There is no lying down in this class and Badminton will be held in the hall for the whole class.
Please note that Thursday’s class will be badminton only.

RPM
A group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It’s fun, low impact and you can burn up to 500 calories a session. With great music pumping and the group cycling as one, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. In an RPM workout you repeatedly rotate the pedals to reach your cardio peak then ease back down, keeping pace with the pack to lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness.

Body Pump
Body pump is a highly motivating barbell class, the ideal workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, body pump gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 400 calories. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically-backed moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music, helping you achieve much more than on your own. You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.

Circuits
Challenge yourself with this action-packed strength and cardio workout that will keep you on your toes. Led by a qualified instructor, participants perform a series of exercises using free weights, skipping ropes and body weight to improve both lower and upper body strength, agility, abdominal strength and flexibility.
