Just a quick heads up on upcoming roadworks:
From Monday 7th July - Friday 1st August a section of Shrewsbury Road from Mile End Roundabout to the Maes-Y-Clawdd Junction will be fully closed. There will be a diversion in place, so please allow for extra time while travelling to our centre.

Unwind at our welcoming and comfortable Café where you can enjoy a coffee and a bite to eat. Choose from a selection of hot and cold drinks as well as a range of sandwiches, cakes and snacks.

Our café uses 100% Arabica, Grade 1, hand-picked coffee beans in our Rijo42 hot drinks machine. In support of our environmental commitment to maintain a fitter future, our cafés also use the world’s most eco-friendly disposable cups, which you can deposit for recycling in our centre recycle bins.

Our convenient Café is the perfect place to relax and refuel after an intense workout or a swimming lesson. 

Our café is open to the public - even if you are not a member you can come visit us for a coffee and a light bite.
