Swimming’s a great way to exercise and de-stress. We’ve got lanes for the serious swimmer, casual sessions for the whole family, plus swimming lessons for all ages.

Keep on track with your fitness with a choice of five different complementary programmes. Each plan comes with tailored workouts to suit your needs and it’s all free as part of a membership.
DEDICATED STRENGTH SPACE
Press, squat, lift and pull to build all those core muscle groups. We’ve got the kit and the space you need for a proper workout.
LADIES-ONLY SESSIONS
Enjoy women-only exercise sessions in a relaxed, non-judgemental atmosphere. It’s all about sharing the experience and enjoying each other’s company.
Upgrade to MediPartner
MediPartner is an amazing new virtual GP service for our members that can be added to your membership for only £4.99 per month. MediPartner will keep you on track by supporting you with virtual GP appointments and a nurse support service.
